Shipping Policy
At Bedrock Co., we treat every order as a project. We don't just move boxes; we deliver the bedrock of your wardrobe.
1. Processing Times
Standard Items: Processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Custom/Doodle Designs: Since these pieces are made to order, please allow 5–7 business days for production before dispatch.
Note: Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Shipping Estimates
Once your order leaves our facility, the estimated delivery time is:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.
Rest of India: 5–7 business days.
3. Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: Enjoy free delivery on all orders.
4. Tracking Your Curiosity
As soon as your package is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing your Tracking ID. You can track your package directly through our partner’s website.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our couriers will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the package is not received after the third attempt, it will be returned to the Bedrock warehouse. Re-shipping such orders may incur an additional shipping fee.
6. Damaged Shipments
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please take a photo before opening it and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
