At Bedrock Co., we maintain high standards for every piece we send out. However, if something isn't right, we are here to help you fix it—fast.
1. The Timeline
Because we deal in curated items, our windows for returns and exchanges are strict:
Returns: You have 2 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Exchanges: You have 2 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange for a different size or item.
Requests made after this 48-hour window will unfortunately not be accepted.
2. Condition for Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
In the original packaging with all tags intact.
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. The Refund Process
We believe in transparency. Here is how your money gets back to you:
Pickup: Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your delivery address.
Credit: Your refund will be initiated immediately after the item is successfully picked up by our courier partner.
Timing: Depending on your bank, the credit should reflect in your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

To start a return or exchange, please contact us with your Order ID and a photo of the item.
